750 Ti does non back up the DirectX 12 feature ready. It can have reward of some of the CPU optimization APIs, just it cannot use the new features.
This game uses dx12, so my guess is this. GeForce GTX 750 Ti are not officially recommended.

Since an Intel HD 520 is minimum I guess a 750ti volition run information technology likewise. Still you'll be looking at low settings.
asus gtx 970 four gb oc , 8 gb ram , i5-4460 no problem. Medium and high.
Only yours is newer and higher model (970 vs. 750 and four GB vs. ii GB VRAM).

I have a 760. Expect to play on the LOWEST settings and peradventure downscale from 1080p. Game looks like trash for older cards.
Did anyone try the Technical Stress Test with their low stop video cards notwithstanding?

750 ti tin play dx12 games similar cyberpunk and horizon zero dawn. The trouble is most of the developers dont specify which dx12 feature level they utilise and so we take to download the game and hope for the best.

Then, I only played with my 2060 and I'm getting fifteen-30FPS overall. Lots of fps hiccups/stutters everywhere. I sincerely incertitude that you can play it with that ancient GPU.
I have an i5-2310, GTX750 TI and 8GB of ram and the game plays fine on medium settings
